If you have good internet: Give your child "youtube for kids". One of the fastest methods to make children learn a new language is by engaging them in videos. But make sure you keep restrictions active to filter the content before you consume it. There are plenty of good cartoons telling stories and having excellent English in them; simple and easy to learn.

The best way to learn communication skills is to keep listening/watching speeches of great speakers. And learn from their experience. Self-Confidence is the most significant factor for Great Communication Skills. Build your personality. Take part in debates, seminars, webinars; try to make at least one point in one event. In 5 such events, your confidence in public speaking will get boosted. You can also approach people who can train you in this.

There are two things to consider. One is an atom being electrically neutral as it has an equal number of positively charged protons and negatively charged electrons. But the distribution of electrons in the orbits decides an atom's chemical stability.
In an attempt to become chemically stable, it either loses or gains electron/s and thus imbalancing the neutral nature of an atom. After losing or gaining electrons, the atom acquires charges. This charged particle is no more called an atom, but, an ion of that element. Hope it helps.
