Frenkly speaking, i have only 2 year of experience in teaching. So far i am came across with students from 7 to bcom level and MBA level students also. As self had coaching classes at Anjar ( Kutch ), Gujarat. I had not only manage teaching but also manage entire coaching classs. Here students from 5 to 10 and 11th to B.Com or BA level were came. The only purpose was to show them right direction and encourage them what is best way for them to build their future in sense of achieving best rank in schools as well in boards. It was great experience in my life. to teach or guide students in best possible way is always my attempts. Today my many students are in good positions, some are counsellers in education streams in kutch regions, some are teachers in good schools in Kutch - Gujarat, and many more.
What I feel about student is that they are full of brain power, can do anything and achieving in best way, but problem is due to lack of proper directions, they are not achieve their desire goals and comes under pressure. This should not be done.
As a teacher, I feel that just not teach them but also inplant confidence, spark, selfishness in each every student with our warm always supportive hand on their heads. This will cover them from al direction and ensure them that they can achieve their goal them selves.
