You should research your topic very well, Once you know well enough, you can do practice debates with your family, friends or tutor in your mother tongue at first and then in English or Hindi as required.

Learning English up to Advanced level should not take you more than four months. However, it depends on your practice time and amount that helps in developing your skills. Do a lot more listening exercises. PS. Language skills are improved working simultaneously on reading, speaking and writing. Get good english books on modern prose and sit with a dictionary. Note diwn meanings and you will learn new words and try to apply them when you talk. Good luck

Once you are confident enough that you can learn yourself, start learning phrases; phrases used by native English speakers. English has four skills listening,speaking,reading and writing..if you want to learn english then first listen,then learn the new words and use it,after that try to read books,magaxines,novels or anything of your choice in english..finally you will be good to go with writing..
