Over the last five seasons as head goal-keeping coach of the Rowan University, women's soccer team our squad has only allowed 35 goals in 105 games. This success has come through clear communication with athletes during training and providing them with the tools they need to improve their skills and technique. I created my preseason training program and have a proven track record for scouting and recruiting talented players. I have demonstrated leadership by taking responsibility for team fitness. I developed and implemented a rigorous training program that has turned a .500 team into a team that has not had a losing season in five years. Defence wins championships and because I come from a background of being and training the last line of argument I am confident and ready to lead from the front.
