I started my journey in the field of martial art from my child hood, my first coach was my father , I learned different style of martial art from different teachers so that i can deliver excellent classes to my student. now I am a certified international instructor at the same time I am a life long learner.I am very happy to be an international instructor(taekwondo) because Taekondow is an Olympic game,but not other martial arts are. I am grateful to one of my GURU Arjun Budhayak, a person who converted my weakness to my greatest strength , without him I would be somewhere else .I always try to be a good
coach as like as my gurus.

>MYTH: Only younger people can learn martial arts
FACT: If you have a strong will to learn then age will never be barrier for you....you start learning right now.
>MYTH:It leads to cruelty,intolerance,aggressiveness
FACT: The ultimate aim to learn the martial arts is acquiring peace and prosperity in life by keeping away from the evil.Martial art teaches us to defend our-self by being most stronger than the evil .

Being capable to make nuclear bomb bring a feather to the cap of INDIA
because STRENGTH RESPECT STRENGTH.
