Sahayam Intervention Center is a registered one-stop intervention center in Dwarka sector 5, New Delhi for emotional enrichment for one and all. Sahayam follows an integrated holistic approach by blending conventional psychological therapies with complementary healing systems. The mission of our organization is to enhance the mental health status of the society by reaching out to every individual irrespective of age, gender, class or creed through individual consultations and workshops.

Mahalakshmi Rajagopal,Director, Sahayam - chose to start Sahayam as a Holistic Intervention Centre after her rich experiences in the field of counseling and healing practices. A firm believer in promoting holistic wellness and enhancement, she felt a huge need in our society for providing services to enhance individuals holistic health status. She firmly believes in the client centered approach and encourages inner change and transformation for lasting impact.

The uniqueness of Sahayam is the integration of energy work practices with psychological concepts.

Our focus areas are Psychological Assessments, Assessments for children and adolescents, Assessments for Adults, Counseling and Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Marital/Relationship Therapy, Grief Therapy, Relaxation Therapy, Career Counseling, Remedial Interventions for Under Achievers, Pranic healing, Crystal Healing and Emotional Freedom Technique.
