You need to create such an environment in the class, so that every student would like to take part in class activity... Try to interact with them German... Play German songs, videos, dialogues ( For eg, between Patient & Doctor, Customer & Shopkeeper, Mother & Child and so on ). It should be lively...... ...more

Sometimes you also do different activities with them like play BINGO with numbers, do quiz on general topic)
