I am having quite good experience in teaching of B.Com subjects for Ist, IInd & IIIrd year: -Financial Accounting (Ist year) -Income Tax Laws (IInd year) -Advance and Corporate Accounting (IInd year) -Cost Accounting (IIIrd year) However, I specially enjoy when I teach Income tax laws since it gives you little challenge when students ask questions like what is finance budget? how it relates to income tax? etc. and the concept clarity of Income tax not only give you the benefit to clear the exam but also it is helpful in coming future to take decision or advice someone regarding filing of income tax return, tax planning etc.

First of all, you need to be very clear in which type of activity you are right and competent; it may be a study about Maths, Accountancy, Literature, history etc. or any outdoor activities like sports, yoga, performing arts etc.
If you think that you are right in more than 3-4 activities, then it's better to choose your priority only for the best two where you can spend your time more than 2 hours in the day for each activity. If you do this then after some 2-3 months you will find a good change in your personality.
