Ability to attend calls & give prompt reply in Arabic as well as in English. Have excellent reading, writing& speaking skill in Arabic/English, Excellent Typing speed in Arabic & English as well. Establish good relationship & Maintain discipline within department. Have profound knowledge/experiences in Administration and office works, fast learner and willing to learn more.

Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information request and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondences, receiving visitors and directing to the appropriate staffs members and scheduling meeting. Also trains and supervises lower-level staff. Reporting directly to the General Manager/ Executive Director.
