I am an Indian, last 13 years I am on Yoga And Naturopathy field, Previously worked at BATRA heart and research institute post of Naturopath and yoga consultant India (Delhi). And presently working as a yoga Teacher at NAZ (Naz foundation of India) AIDS Control society Related to W.H.O,
As Now this is well- established & upcoming fact that, faulty life style modification & stress reduction, is the key for mental relaxation .This is also well known fact that today’s life is very stressed, Due to excessive stress their performance sometime may not be desirable there is need to build up mental alertness and calmness for the mental health of every persons. Introduction of YOGA could be one option this programs.
I am a qualified Naturopath & yoga Instructor and have a range of skills to offer and I love working with Patient, children and adults. I have experience of working with all ages within different environments.
I have excellent ability to develop and maintain an effective relationship with Patient, I have strong ability to communicate and develop effective working relationships with students, parents, and staff.
I am also well practices at keeping a professional and calm attitude while juggling the many issues that can arise in a busy work environment.
I am very out going with a bubbly personality and a good sense of humour. I am very hard working, adaptable and enjoy a challenge.
