I am a single parent of a daughter and have learnt the hard way of cooking, that is cooking everyday to make her relish her food and eat nutrition in a fun way. I have imbibed the techniques from my mother and wife and experiment with every dish. I also learnt on the go from my various work related tours. Having an experience of more than 20 years now and still going on. Cooking has become a passion for me. One does not always need degrees to be excellent at something. You just need to love what you do and ultimately you become a pro. After all cooking is a craft, apart from being an art in itself. The more you reinvent, the more you enjoy it. As a wise person once said "we cannot have the same dal chawal for the rest of our lives".
