The basic of vedic math is 16 sutras ( Formulae in english) and 13 sub-sutras. These were originally written in Sanskrit during vedic period. The were translated in english,hindi and other languages and they were found useful in doing mathematical calculations easily in less time as compared to normal method using modern math. Students mainly from class 4 to 12 will find them useful for their fast calculation of mathematical problems.

Teaching online is very easy; you need not have to invest anything if you have the following essential equipment with you:
1) a headphone with mic 2) a digital pen with writing pad 3) good internet connection
Just login to your Gmail A/C UNDER APPS list clicks on Google hangout Or Google meet send invitations on emails of your students(only goal IDs) once they accept it you can teach them using video calling option, files can be shared through chat or whats app.
A white can be downloaded like from Microsoft etc. available free.
Zoom can also be used, nowadays Jio meet is also available.
For class 4 to 7, it better to use whiteboard but not mandatory it increases your presentation.
