Possit is a ‘Not- for- Profit Organisation’, registered under Section 8 (Formerly known as Section 25) of the Companies Act. Possit is a young, vibrant and focused organization dedicated to the Nation and Society at large in order to 'empower youth' and 'enlighten lives' of socially and economically marginalized.

A Catalyst who connects dots among aspiring youth, Skill Development and potential Employer and accelerates employment opportunities in the country.

Promoters of the company are experienced professionals from the corporate world, well networked and committed to accomplish the mission of the organisation. Their “SINCERITY TO THE CAUSE” and 'STRONG WILL TO DO THE THINGS PASSIONATELY” is the greatest strength of the organization.
In order to accomplish the skilling vision of India, ‘Possit Skill Organisaton’ is moving forward to mobilise the unemployed youth, harness their hidden talent and groom them to employable level in order to bridge the huge gap between the demand and supply of skilled workforce. It's very hard to accept that in population of a billion plus people in which majority are in the age of 25 years nearly 300 million are still unemployed due to lack of skill level.

We had started our operations way back in the year 2010 with one center and quickly scaled up to six additional training centers with courses in diverse field. Our head office is located right in ‘New Delhi’ the capital of India.

We scan interior and remote areas of towns and villages, interact with local stake holders and mobilize the unemployed youth in the age group of 18-28 years, who are further groomed and trained with quality training modules in various disciplines so that they can be placed in the job immediately in their respective areas.
