Before giving you suggestions I want to tell you about myself. In 2013 when I was in 3rd year of my B.Tech I refused to take part in a mock GD held for campus placement as other candidates are much eloquent than me. After that incident I started to improve myself. During summer vacation I took around 150 GB of Hollywood movies with an aim to improve my language skills. I remember earlier for 20 to 25 movies I had to use subtitles with every movie and after that I was like used to that language, since then I don’t ever need a subtitle to watch a Hollywood movie. Again when I got back to my University I joined a group of like minded people eagerly trying to do the same. Some of those were passionate about SSB and some for MBA. We used to group up after dinner around 10:30 PM daily and had some group discussion session for just about 15 to 20 minutes. The process was that after every GD session each one of us tried to tell the mistakes that other group member made during GD. Earlier there were more grammatical mistakes and slightly it changed into sentence improvement. For the extempore we use to record the video and do the similar procedure as that of GD. It went for around 3 to 4 months and at the end I remember I again have had a mock GD at a bigger level organized by some external agency hired for pre-placement training and unfortunately I got the same teammates to which I refused to have the same earlier. I remember I got a score of 7 out of 8 and that was the highest. The most important thing we did was that we were consistent throughout the period. Remember no one is born an Expert. Everyone has the potential to excel; only we need to put the amount of effort needed to achieve the desired level of fluency.
