What is meant by SSC CGL?

SSC is staff selection commission which conducts comeptitive exams for recruitment to the non-gazetted posts in Government of India. Out of the exams conducted by SSC, one is CGL i.e. combined graduate level exam for recruitment to the most prestigious and lucrative posts in GOI.

Is SSC exam is diificult to crack?

Its not at all difficult. However, competition is high due to more than 40 Lakh aspirants.. a number which is rising every year. But even if you put a sincere effort for just 06 months, you can crack it, even the top posts.

None of the staff selection commission exams has interview as Govt. has scraped off interview for Group 'B' and below recruitments (Non Gazetted posts).
