I have worked with companies like 'Barclays' and 'ibm' as voice and accent trainer. Then I was promoted and sent to Mumbai he'd branch. I was there in Mumbai for 3 years. One thing which I learned in those 7 years is that language can not be taught. Hence I firmly believe in discussion rather than these hardcore old methods of teaching, which we have been following since the beginning.
