"how to improve english speaking ?" in   Language/Spoken English

Confidence is the key to good communication skills after you've learn the grammar. It's absolutely okay to make mistakes! Don't be afraid. And in order to improve your spoken skills, you may try the Mirror Technique. - Stand in front of the mirror. - Be comfortable and straighten your back. - Look yourself in the eyes with a light smile. - Start practicing by saying motivating things like "I can speak English, fluently", "I believe in myself". - You can carry on practicing phrases and sentences to the situations you face in day to day life. I hope it helps. Best!

"Which country is best place to become a German trainer?" in   Language/Foreign Language/German Language

Depends on your experience and a lot of other factors. It's not just about teaching German, it's about being a good teacher at the same time. Most of the companies or institutions look for core teaching experience. If you have that, awesome! Then your knowledge about the specific language you're willing to teach is evaluated. You need to be aware of the fact that in foreign countries preference is also given to native speakers and this is an important factor! Considering all this, you may decided which country is the best for you to teach. All the best!
