It is ok if you don't have people who can speak to you in English at Home. Please try watching some videos in English when at home it'll help you improve your listening skills.
You can also connect to people on your phone and talk to them in English.
You must, engage in discussions and debates to get rid of your hesitation and thereby, become more confident and fluent. That's what we do with our students, over a phone call.

Hi, I can understand. Most of our students have the same issue. In this case, you may want to make sure that when you are home, you engage in activities like reading, listening and writing etc. You may also enrol for English Speaking Classes on the phone.
