With a Master's degree in Yoga and a passion for dance, particularly in the genres of hip hop, Bollywood fusion, and Bangda, I have dedicated the past four years to sharing my expertise and love for movement with others. My journey as a yoga and dance instructor has taken me through various platforms, including individual training, academy instruction, and even teaching through Urban Clap.

In my role as a dance teacher, I've had the opportunity to blend traditional Indian dance forms like Bangda with contemporary styles like hip hop and Bollywood fusion. This fusion allows students to experience the rich cultural heritage of Indian dance while also exploring modern expressions of movement.

My teaching style emphasizes practical learning, with sessions lasting one hour and focusing on hands-on instruction and guided practice. Whether online or offline, I lead live sessions where students can actively engage in learning, refining their technique, and expressing themselves through movement.

While my focus is primarily on practical instruction, I also incorporate elements of yoga philosophy and mindfulness into my teaching. This holistic approach not only enhances physical fitness but also promotes mental well-being and emotional balance.

Although I don't provide traditional teaching materials, I offer a dynamic and interactive learning experience during each session. Through live demonstrations, verbal instruction, and personalized feedback, I guide students through choreography, technique drills, and improvisational exercises.

My experience in yoga competitions has further enriched my teaching practice, as I draw upon principles of discipline, focus, and perseverance to inspire my students to strive for excellence in their practice.
