3. Laid the foundation for women association for Delhivery PAN India & International Level. Project named Delhivery Femme.
4. Management of Process Training along with Voice & Accent Training for Customer Support.
5. Soft Skills Sessions for different vertical units ( More than 15 Modules designed, delivered and TTT provided)

English, PDP & Soft skills Trainer at Indian Institute of Skill Development, working partner of NSDC National Skills Development Corporation under Home Ministry of India.(8th August 2014 – April 2015).

• PDP & Soft Skills Trainer at EduSMS. ( May 2011 – October 2013)

• PDP Trainer (Assistant Professor) at B.M.A.S Engineering College, Agra. (February 2009 – March 2011) (Sharda Group of Institutions)
• Promoted after 3 months of service from Associate lecturer to Lecturer

• Successfully undertaken Voice & Accent training BERLITZ at HCL Technologies, Noida and was rated the best trainee of the programme.
