I am 24 years of age and have a first degree in Computer Science Engineering. What is the output of the below: printf("%d", printf("Hello"));

The output will be Hello5. In first printf statement %d must be substituted with a variable and hence control passes to the second printf, now it wil print Hello. The first printf has got a string i.e. Hello as a varialbe hence it will return the length of string which is "5". Why 5? because the compiler... ...more

What is the output of the below: int x, y; printf("%d", scanf("%d %d", &x, &Y));

It will print the address of integer x and y. When you declare a variable it stored at some memory location and every location has a value that depends upon the compiler which one you are using. i.e. integer x may have a memory location 1726.
