A key point that is harped upon is pre-requisite of being a good human being before being a good professional along with holistic approach to life i.e. one has to have complete harmony – physically, mentally and emotionally in life. Only then, one can have a balanced life and would be able to perform effectively and efficiently at work leading to fulfillment of organisational objectives.
He has more than 22 years of cross functional experience in diverse industries and 4 years of motivating, training and coaching experience. He has also been an entrepreneur and educator.
