Supply Chain Management
• Planning supply chain for all input components / material from vendors to achieve targets within specified parameters & meet organizational objectives
• Delivering right quality materials at right time, price and terms and devising efficient Logistics Management System to ensure delivery of goods

Purchase / Procurement
• Developing and implementing key purchase strategies & contingency plans and ensuring that plans are aligned with project requirements
• Formulating budgets for timely procurement of various critical components and ensuring un-interrupted supply of components to end users

Vendor Management
• Handling material/spare parts planning related activities encompassing identification of vendors, requirement specification & offer evaluation
• Consistently evaluating vendor performance for ensuring adherence to predefined specifications & supply of quality material / execution of job works

Contract Management
• Liaising with external agencies for techno-commercial negotiations, preparation of tender / contract documents, cost estimates, including billing, variation / deviation proposals, claims, etc.
• Executing day-to-day contracts and deploying review systems to manage execution as per techno-economic feasibility
• Reviewing the validity of contracts that are about to expire & issuing variations to extend validity, quantity, etc.
