IdentityI started my teaching career in 2012 while I was studying in a higher level of French in "Alliance Francaise" (Chandigarh) and my employer contacted the institute people announcing an urgent requirement for a French teacher. Hence it was further announced in all the classes and I was there for the interview as I was then looking for a job. I got through the interview and 'demo' class and was hired for the post.
I taught there for 2 years and being a fresher it was a great experience and I learnt a lot.
The very fact that a teacher enlightens the student/s with knowledge using her own innovations and experiences and also learns form the student/s herself, is the thing that I love about teaching.
While teaching I always make it a point to make it a two-way teaching process, i.e., getting the student/s involved in the teaching process. This way I can easily know if they are attentive and most of the doubts are cleared in the same lesson itself.
In my teaching I try using as much audio-visual aids as possible, as it makes learning as well as teaching, fun and simple.
