Alka Singhal

A result oriented professional having extensive experience of more than 21 years, I have taught in reputed schools like Delhi Public School. Also, I have taught in engineering institutes.
I am a hardworking, intelligent and self-motivated individual with high confidence and desired leadership skills. Not only I have theoretical knowledge of the subjects, but I do have practical knowledge of the same. I have a plus point of quickly adapting the environment and interacting children of all ages.
I am proficient in training the students by using interactive discussions and hands-on approaches to help students learn and get a better understanding of the subject. My strongest point is that I make the students understand the basic concepts of the subject so that they can solve the problems by their logical reasoning instead of cramming. I try to make the subject easy by using flow diagrams or any other pictorial view that makes the learning simple and easy.
I believe that practice makes a man perfect, and hence I always focus on making students revise the previous topics so that at the end there is no burden on the students, and they can learn the subject easily. I regularly give short tests and assignments, so as to know their weak areas, and work on those, thereby focusing on all my students. Apart from this, I share progress reports with the parents.
Teaching is my passion, and it gives a sheer sense of joy and satisfaction. And, I would love to continue my passion by working.
