"Please be careful of Jupiter Dynamics ( From the minds of ERBRAINS), the staff and MD ( who had convinced me to join the MD course are very unresponsive once they the receive their initial payment . Below is what happened to me, 18/01/17- MD of the company convinced me that it was a appropriate to do the pursue the course from their institute. 24/01/17- Demo class was held 27/01/17- Made the payment 28/01/17- Intro class was held 29/01/17 till 13/02/17 - Had to chase all the concerned people about the class schedule . Everyone ( Jupiter Dynamics ) were very unresponsive , not even bothering that there was technical issue ( As claimed by people there) and classes would not be held . 14/02/17- Finally after expressing my unhappiness , they apologised and said that this had never happened before . I was OK till this as technical issue do occur and that's fine. I requested for the refund. 15/02/17- they confirmed that refund was done without providing any UTR number , receipt or any other proof. 15/02/17 - 03/03/17- I had to beg them , call them nearly every now and then and was tried to speak to everyone regarding the status. Most of the time , it was ignored . They did not provide me any proof. 04/03/17 - The transfer was made and IMPS reference number was sent to me. In summary , I wasted 2 months dealing with them , they were unresponsive and tried to ignore my calls. I had to beg for the refund and for the class schedule. "
