Listen to English News on TV ,read English Newspaper and note down the difficult words. Get the meaning of difficult words from the dictionary. Try to frame sentences using the word. Speak to your family members -husband, children,mother ,father in English. Do not worry about mistakes and listen to others when they correct you. This ,I feel the best training.

Practice makes you perfect. Communicate in English as much as possible. Be louder and try to understand the words you speak. Watch English movies , series or shows. Read subtitles and increase your speed by regular practice of same, you will realize the change in your fluency and in pronunciation too.

Communication is a ONE WAY STREET with traffic flowing BOTH WAYS , in regulated and controlled manner!
Communication has incredibly "NOTHING" to do with Grammar. (note the quotes)
Communication is about bringing the other to your level OR getting down to the others level and the third aspect in...  more»

Also, with the globalisation, people from different cultural and linguistic backgrounds are thrown together at the workplace. Simultaneously, start reading newspaper, books - anything that you find interesting - and do it loudly. Reading loudly ensures you listen to the pronunciations and that will help you get a feel of whether you are speaking correctly.
Try using new words that you learn everyday in your conversations - practice makes one perfect.
