Worked as Market Analyst in Emerson Climate Technologies, USA (Jan 2010 – July 2010)

• Sized the 575 voltage motor market in Canada, in units and dollars, by utilizing White Rodgers sales force and competitive catalogs. And identified a comprehensive line of 575 Volts motor for sale in Canada.

• Using marketing information and skill set, evaluated market size and market penetration by Emerson HVAC in Canadian HAC market.

• Assured the accuracy of the information for each model offered for sale, and looked at various features, or the lack thereof, on each model to enhance the value or cost position of each model. This project is considered vital for the future success of the aftermarket sales plan.



Worked as Intern in Emerson Climate Technologies, USA (Sep’09–Nov’09) and successfully completed the following projects

• Middle East Price Matrix: Created a Price matrix, for Middle East business, by Application (Condenser, Blower, Evap Cooler), with the available customer details. The created price matrix enabled marketing representatives to respond more quickly to pricing inquiries.

• Mapping of International Order Process: Created a flow of internal and external process, from time of quote to time motors delivered, that were used to serve international customers. The flow includes sales & marketing, customer service, manufacturing and logistics. Valid suggestions were also given to the business division and the project included interviews with Engineering Director, CRM representatives and Senior Marketing Analyst.

• Middle East Aftermarket offering: Created list of aftermarket motors which were sold in Middle East, with input from Middle East sales team and identified few loopholes in the motors offered.



Worked as Intern in Essar Oil Ltd, India (Jun’08-July‘08) and successfully completed the project

• HR Province Precised: Captured the activities, the BHRs’ and Unit HR facilitators of Essar Oil Limited involved. Identified the input required for each task and the respective output, also identified the party responsible for the input mentioned above.

Worked as Design Engineer in Kone Elevators India pvt ltd, Chennai (July 2005 - June 2007).

• Generated 2D layouts of elevators, using AutoCAD, for the European customers considering all the stringent safety standards EN81.

• Prepared Bill of Materials using SAP software, which were then sent to procurement team in Finland through the ERP solution.
