At this point where the pressure of studies are very high, so start with the things where you feel is very difficult and have been facing problem. Read newspaper, listen to English by watching English news, games, shows, movies, etc. But you should focus on reading because that helps a lot, try to talk in English, you may get it wrong in the start but eventually your English will improve.
