Section 15.2 – In this section, you will learn about faces, vertices and edges of solid shapes. You will learn to find the number of edges, vertices and faces in the solid shapes of different dimensions. In this section, you will also learn to identify the faces, edges and vertices of two-dimensional figures and three-dimensional figures.

Section 15.3 – This section deals with nets for building 3D shapes. In this section, you will learn to build 3-dimensional shapes using ‘net’. Net is a skeleton outline to build a 3-dimensional figure. You will also learn to develop new solid shapes using the outer sketch. You will even learn to use a base for building 3D models of solid shapes.
