Since you are in a place where there is no exposure to the English speaking environment, one of the easiest accessible sources would be the English news. Since he is so young, don't force him to watch or even listen to it. Just leave the news channel on most of the time so all can hear but not necessarily listen. As when you continuously listen to songs or bhajans, you can also sing or recite the same. Unknown to him, he will start absorbing & understanding the language, accent, vocabulary, grammar etc. I learnt excellent English because my dad used to listen to the morning & evening news. I suggest you pick a perfect neutral channel where news is read without dramatizing.
