Every Indian dance forms have a proper syllabus. So they are designed in such a way that the more you spend time on that art, the good you became. So it's all about your own interest time and energy you give into it.
There is nothing like a suitable duration to excel n any art form; it's about your interest and respect towards the art form. :)

In the field of arts...Its not abt the age..its abt the interest..if ppl lesser than ur age are better than you then see them as a inspiration and try to start ur day..never take it as a hindrance :)..
Because everyperson in this world has their own clock..run by seeing ur clock..dont peep others clock ;)
