IdentityI have 19 years of work experience in various sectors. I have worked for BPO/ITES, Customer Service, the IT industry, and Supply Chain Logistics. I also possess some management leadership program certifications. I joined ThinkVidya.com as an individual tutor to share and coach on some of the soft skills, like Communication, motivation, mental attitude, analytical skills, etc., that I learned to identify and understand myself. I have also done soft skill coaching for some of the students.
These skills help students to think and identify the right track. I want to take this coaching primarily over the phone or through Skype. Later, once everything is in place, I would like students to come to my location.
