"This is the First Fitness center where I am continue on a regular basis due to the encouragement and motivation from Vignesh. I have lost 9 kG in just 3 months with minimal Diet taken and good work out in a systematical manner. Regular change in circuits and watching us all time to correct us whenever we are doing any circuits in different way. Also, provide more guidance on the food which we are taking. Due to this I am very much interested on my health to maintain.Thank you very much to Vignesh."

I have joined in zumba 4months ago , Its really awesome as people can come here for not only to reduce their weight , maintain structure but also can reduce their stress level by having fun and laughter with new young friends irrespective of their age. This Gym has been started by two young ,energetic, dynamic people with innovative thoughts , ideas , values with good ambiance . Mathu who is the trainer of zumba is really a power pack performer who makes the magic in reducing our weights."
