If you want to improve your public speaking , START speaking more and more. You can join associations where speaking is an important activity. To improve reading , READ a lot of good books. Read the newspapers. Likewise for writing , start writing to your friends. PRACTICE a lot. These ARE the basic steps that you should take to improve your English.
