IdentitySwimming has always been an integral part of my life. I have been swimming ever since I was about 2 years old, still haven't gotten bored of it. Competitively, I have reached as far as National level, winning in several district and state level competitions along the way. I took part and won in the Indian youth games held at Malaysia a couple of years back. My love for swimming got me into college on a scholarship. I also branched out into Water polo, for which I represented Tamil Nadu as the captain in both the South zone's and the Nationals.
Inspired by my father who is a former National Swimming coach for India, I took up coaching for fun when I was in school and I absolutely loved it. Every summer I used to take classes for groups of children and adults, with up to 40 members in each batch.
Till today I make it a point to swim regularly and help out others to learn swimming.
