Khan Academy is your best shot, its comprehensive and has practice problems as well as lessons. The community is also at your disposal in case of doubts. Try searching for lectures of what you want to learn from US universities. They often upload their lecture slides and problem sheets. Use libgen for ebooks.

A home tutor has a unique role in a child's life as they get individual attention of the child, so they should be social, very good at communication and also engage the child outside of the lesson or subject. They should be receptive to the child's needs and not rush towards the completion of the chapter, rather they should use the time they get with the child wisely and try to holistically develop him/her.
