"I went to SAY-S yoga classes for one month. The main advantage of learning yoga here is , we can get individual focus and learn yoga in a proper manner. Yoga is taught here from basics. The more we become thorough with the basics, higher asanas become much more easier to perform. Madam, helps us in each stage and makes us perform all asanas which we think difficult to do. She has enlightened me thro' Bhagavat Gita lessons and helped me to remove all my stresses. The chanting of Sanskrit slokas with perfect pronunciation gives me lot of solace and creates 'Bakthi' towards Lord Krishna Focus is given on eating habits also Yoga combined with good eating habits gives the ultimate benefit. You can feel the body more light and healthy. Our mind, body and soul starts focusing on our goals without distraction. I strongly recommend taking classes in SAY-S yoga centre in order to lead a healthy life with peaceful mind "

"I am learning Yoga at SAY-S Yoga centre. My teacher Mrs. Padmini, has been really helpful in making me perform Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, Chanting etc in a short span of time. My teacher fully understood that I have never done yogasanas/other exercise in the past and that I have slip disc problem. Her approach in getting me into Yoga was really effective, starting with breathing exercises and chanting. I began to understand the effectiveness of chanting Sanskrit slokas in controlling breath. Being well versed in Sanskrit, my teacher recites Sanskrit slokas flawlessly creating a good vibration. Recommendations regarding food are really great and I have started following them with immediate effect. There was a session with my wife and I regarding food to make us understand the usage of healthy food in day to day life. Also, my teacher provides healthy food as breakfast after completing the day's exercises. I am really happy that I chose to learn yoga at SAY-S yoga center and my wife completely agrees with me. I strongly recommend SAY-S yoga center to anyone willing to learn yoga. "

I have about 25 years of experience in the filed of yoga and I am conducting residential/partial residential yoga programmes along with good package of nutritious food to overcome such type of problems. Just in one or two days one can feel the difference.

Read Bhagavath Gita or Vishnu Sahasranamam with perfect pronunciation. All the disease will vanish. Take fresh cucumber juice for hypertension. Avoid computer and cell phone games completely which is the root cause of this problem. Also give up TV watching especially during night. Sleep well.
