"I feel this is one of the best Gym in chemnnai.The trainers are highly efficient and well trained and take full responsibility of each members.Rising Fitness have really wide range of machinery and it is spotless. Plus the price is absolutely amazing value.The Manager (Prakash) and his staff are always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable."

The trainers are well experienced and the fitness charts and diet counseling really helps to see results in less than two months of time.I have reduced 3 kgs in just 45 days.They are still new, I am assuming they would come with more new goodies for the clients in future."
