IdentityI am a graduate in English and also hold a diploma in Special Education and a diploma in counselling children and adults. I have worked with children with learning difficulties, autism and mental retardation.
I worked in V-Excel Educational Trust teaching children of various age groups. I have also worked with a group of children with multiple disabilities at APL global school.
I have trained about 300 teachers of grades 1-5 across the state of Tamilnadu on Effective teaching methodologies.I have been associated with implementing the English For Change program of The British Council in various schools in the state.
My strength lies in intuitive understanding the strengths and challenges of children and in motivating them positively to achieve more.
