Halterman . This book contains  all the basics  and key points of Python.  It'll be  highly  useful.  And yes you can join any centre if you learn through this  book. 

All comes with hard work and  constant  practice.  Rememberthat Rome wasn't built  in a day. Here are few  useful  steps to get 95% and above. 

1. Learn  your  daily lessons thoroughly. 

2.Revise them  the next day,after a week, after a  month, after 3 months, after 6 months and finally before your exams. 

3 . Eachtime you may reduce the time to 1/5th of the original time.

4.Prepare your own notes and write all the key points in a separate note book, look at them when you read through your book. By this you can remember the whole chapter from  key points itself  and during exams you can recall the chapter easily.
