You need to say which intake you going for. Based on that I could tell you. Depending on your potential requires time to prepare. Normally its a 30 day training.

I am a web developer. So I need to communicate with my clients. I am not fluent in English. Please help me.

You need to start with basics if you have problems with grammar. If not you can start with taking BEC classes which has 3 levels. You could start with level.1.
