I hope your query is how to overcome the exams(Civics & Economics)?
For Civics is to get clarity on the concepts by preparing charts,tree diagrams etc., for example prepare hierarachy from President to MLA's/MP's; if you take parliament houses prepare tree diagrams - Head of each house,their appointments etc.,
For Economics - Conceptual clarity is very important - For Example Take Law of Diminishing Marginal Utility Theory - Understand the assumptions,Main Thesis of the theory etc., Macro & Micro economics concepts is important etc.,
Both Civics & Economics are theory subjects so written practice is very important and also they are very helpful in gaining ur real world knowledge.
Be thorough with the concepts.

Dear Anushree,
Doing CA+B.com will be a good option.But if a take a regular B.Com course it will difficult to manage exams because B.com exams are in semester basis.
But there is an option to pursue ur B.Com through IGNOU where you need not write exams on semester basis. If you consider this option then CA+B.Com will be a good option but if you can able to balance both CA Coaching and B.Com Regular Coaching then better to opt for this.
Finally CA+B.Com will be a good option.
