I have qualified csir-net-jrf in June 2016.Had experience in chemistry teaching for Msc students. I'm very interested in all organic chemistry topics. I have taken thermodynamics, statistical thermodynamics , quantum mechanics, and Group theory topics from physical chemistry for Msc students. I like to teach inorganic also especially coordination chemistry and organic metallics. All spectroscopy concepts I can teach clearly. I'm very interested in basic chemistry concepts also. That's why I am very eager to take classes for class 11 and 12.

This question comes under Graham's law of diffusion. Rate is inversely proportional to square root of its mass...hence the ratio is 0.5:0.5773...that is 1?4 : 1/?3

If student not studying well beating or caning punishment is necessary because my sum students egreed because of punishment they achieved good score in class

No this attitude not good. By beating student we cannot correct in them anything. We have to give a guidance to realize their fault where they have mistaken. By the kind way we can handle them..teachers first understand student's mentality..then students automatically understand what we teach
