Why strumming is so much difficult?

It won't be accessible until you understand and practice. To improve, you should be able to sing the strumming, and secondly, your strumming action should be proper (Down & Up).

You can't say anyone specifically, there are so many peoples they best at their styles, each has their own style, taste. Music is not about who is best, its about how they are different from others, how they are good at their styles. There are so many legends in each genres of music, like few Jimi Hendrix,... ...more

But all of them are different in their style. All of them are legends. You cannot ask who is best, you can ask who are all legends.
