As a profession although I have taught Music only for a year, I have for long taught Music to juniors in music Class and at college and to many who have asked me for it. I teach without text books and help my students to visualise Music in order to understand what they are singing.

At any age, you can learn music. But for a person of your age, if you go the usual basics to the advanced way, it’s going to take time. So I’d suggest you find a teacher who is willing to teach you the basics through songs and other advanced musical techniques like understanding music by visualisation, listening and understanding the way experts sing, basically learn alphabets through sentences. And of course, you need a lot of commitment.
