About Saravanan Balachandiran

I am in this field of training for 5 years after gained 15 years rich experience from corporate sector. I have conducted training programs across Colleges,, Hospitality Industries & other corporate sectors. I design the training programs as per the industry requirements. I do keep updating my programs so as to meet the future needs.

I make sure my training programs are easily understood by the participants and they take home easy learning. My programs are filled with Fun and Knowledge. I can assure a positive & valuable change in the participant’s behavior at the end of the training program.

I hold Masters in Journalism and Mass Communication from Madurai Kamarajar University and an MBA-Human Resources from TNOU.I also hold a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from MADRAS University and currently pursuing my PhD in Management (Impression Management).

As a Trainer I am associated with various Institutions, Hotels & resorts and many other corporate sectors.
