What is other viable alternative to Amazon Web Services?

As far as I have seen and worked, Amazon is the best. I had done migrations to both Azure and Amazon, but Amazon is really powerful if you can learn it well. Azure is more .NET based and helpful from a developer perspective. But, from the infrastructure and scalability perspective, Amazon is better
