Also certified 'Special Educator'. You have keep working in this direction, all the time making sure that your musical quality is really up to the mark.

May I know your fee structure for Spoken English classes?

Our structure is average Rs 500 per 1 hour class. In some cases it may be a bit less or more. (least we charge is Rs 400. Some specialized requirements (like American school board) we do Rs 1500 also.

It is very much possible. Easier for BPO type of jobs, but may not be easy to get a software devlelopment core job. You need good communication skills - this is a must, for all jobs. You may need about 5 hours of one on one coaching to prepare you for a job. You can also try content writing or documentation type of jobs as these are much easier to get especially after breaks. But for these again, your written communication in english and language flow must be good..

Is ear twisting and pinching a good punishment for students under 10th? I have heard from some teachers ear twisting makes the brain work fast. How many of the teachers applying this as punishment ?

This is not a good practice and not a good thing for teacher -student relations . However the student can do the exercises like SUPERBRAIN YOGA, (please watch youtube video for this) in which student pinches lightly his own ear, and exercises.

Is ear twisting and pinching a good punishment for students under 10th? I have heard from some teachers ear twisting makes the brain work fast. How many of the teachers applying this as punishment ?

This is not a good practice and not a good thing for teacher -student relations . However the student can do the exercises like SUPERBRAIN YOGA, (please watch youtube video for this) in which student pinches lightly his own ear, and exercises.
