I started teaching young workforce that join my company from varied educational backgrounds with high scores but lacking in Spoken & Written English as well as in softskills. My approach is to first understand each individual's fear factor while communicating. The flow of topics is - pronunciation of vowels, consonants, consonant digraphs, diphthongs and then to grammar with focus on verbs. I engage my students prompting them to come up with examples-mainly, asking them to translate sentences from their mother tongue to English, from simple to complex sentences. This I observe had a tremendous positve impact.

"I have attended communication skills training program given by Arthy and it helped to identify and correct grammatical mistakes that I do while speaking. Also, it helped to identify frequently used words while speaking like 'ok' and got advice how to overcome of over using those fillers. My training program could have been better if there is a plan for overall program and go by it and I also I could have spent more time to practice what I learned in class.
